Rest of the year: a minimum stay of 3 nights is requiredThe spaceComfy and airy cottage situated on a 1600 m2 natural yard overlooking the Baltic sea. Open-plan living area with kitchen, sitting and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining and includes fridge/small freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor you have bathroom with toilet and shower, two bedrooms each with two comfortable beds and wardrobes. The cosy first floor is opened up to the living room, which gives it an airy feel. Here you find a nice view to the large garden, two comfortable beds and a lounge chair. At the cottage front you find a large deck with garden furniture and barbeque. Ideal place to dine, relax end enjoy the sea view. In summer the south-facing back garden is a natural suntrap from morning to evening. However you can always find shadow under some of the trees while relaxing in the hammock. Bornholm is beautyfull all year around. If you come in fall, winter or spring you'll probably need to heat up the house. We ourselves primarily use the firestove in the middle of the house since we enjoy the living fire so much. However, there is also a quite efficient air-condition system and floor heating in bathroom and kitchen (which is really nice if it's cold outside). The cottage is ideally located for exploring the island. Moreover it is close to public transport routes which makes exploring easy if you go by public tranport. This is our home away from home, and we use the cottage a lot. We like to keep it simple but cosy. Remember to bring your own bed linen, sheets, bath- and kitchen towels. Please also notice, that you pay for electricity consumption 4,00 kr/kw. This you pay in cash at the end of your stay.
